7. Resource Usage

Users must not abuse shared or allocated resources.

Examples:

  • Excessive CPU usage
  • Memory abuse
  • Network flooding
  • Disk abuse
  • Running unstable software harming node performance

NovaByte may limit, suspend, or request upgrades.

8. Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups unless a managed backup service is included.

NovaByte is not liable for data loss.

9. Uptime & Availability

Downtime may occur due to:
